To Enable IMAP or POP account setting in Gmail Account?
1. Click on Setting – then click on Forwarding or POP/IMAP Tab – Check mark on Enable POP for all mail or Enable IMAP for POP or IMAP Access Gmail for client Application software tool such as Microsoft Outlook.
2. Enable Secure Less App so check mark on Access for the Less Secure App.
Now you are ready to configure your Gmail Account in Microsoft Outlook.
Click on Turn Off and it will be updated.

Step:- To configure Gmail Account in Microsoft Outlook.
1. Click On Window and then open Control Panel
2. Double Click On Mail and then click Add and create a new profile ( Like Test)
and press ok
3. Check mark on Manually configure server settings or additional server types and then click on Ok.
4. Check mark on Internet E-mail
Connect to POP or IMAP server to send and receive e-mail messages.
Then click on Ok.
5. Add New Account Wizard displayed on your screen where Internet E-mail settings of each of these setting are required to get your e-mail account working.
Following user information to get account working in outlook.
User Information
Your Name : Your Name
E-mail Address: yourname@gmail.com
Server Information
Account Type: Drop down POP/IMAP
Incoming mail server: pop.gmail.com/Imap.gmail.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.gmail.com
Logon Information
User Name: yourname@gmail.com
Password: password
After above step click on More setting.
6. Click on Outgoing Server then check mark on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
7. Click on Advanced Tab and then check mark on This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL).
Incomiong server (POP3) :- 995
Outgoing server (SMTP): 465/587
Use the following type of encryted connection:- TLS/Auto
Then click Ok and Next.
8. Congratulation!
You have successfully entered all the information required to setup your account.
To close the Wizard, click Finish.
