Installation of SQL Server Express Edition
How to Install SQL Server Express Edition?
Today we are going to share with all of you that how to install Microsoft SQL server express edition on Microsoft window server.
Before installation make sure you have installed .net framework it's mandatory for Microsoft SQL server and if you install in Microsoft window server so you need to install .net framework role.

Please follow step by step to install Microsoft SQL server express edition.
Step 1.Double click on SQL server 2012 setup and click on New SQL Server stand-alone installation or add features to an existing installation..
Step 2. Check mark on License agreement and click Next. Select all Instance Features and Shared Features except Local Db and If you required Default shared feature directory so of installation file so you may change it otherwise leave it as it is. and then click Next.
Step 3. Now instance setting wizard displayed on your screen if you have already Named instance so write it into named instance otherwise leave it as Default instance and Click Next.
Step 4. Server Configuration Specify the service accounts and collation configuration.In the Service Accounts leave all the setting as it is and click Next.
Step 5. Database Engine Configuration
Specify Database Engine authentication security mode, administrators and data directories wizard displayed on screen.
Authentication Mode Select Mixed mode (SQL Server authentication and Windows authentication)
Set password of "Sa" account.
Enter password:
Confirm password:
Click Next.

Step 7. Reporting Services Configuration
Specify the Reporting Services configuration mode.
Click on Install and configure and Click Next.
