How to Manually Configure Office 365 account in Microsoft Outlook?



1. Open Run and type Outlook then press Enter.
2. Click Next
3. E-mail Accounts wizard displayed on screen and click Next.
4. Check mark on Manual Setup of Addition Server Types and click Next.
5. Check mark on  Microsoft Exchange Server or Compatible Service
6. Server setting wizard open on screen where you have to put below information in that.
       Server: outlook.office365.com
       User name: user name






7. Then click on More setting and select security Tab.
      Uncheck: Encrypt Data between Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange.
      In the Logon Network security: select Anonymous Authentication in drop down.
8. Select on Connection Tab.
     Check mark on Connect to Microsoft Exchange Using HTTP.
9. click on Exchange Proxy setting.
           Https:// Type outlook.office365.com 
         Check mark on Only connect to proxy servers that have this principal name in their cerificate
          and Type  msstd:outlook.com
10. Check mark on On Fast networks, connect using HTTP first, the connect using TCP/IP.
11. In Proxy Authentication drop down box select Basic Authentication.
12. Click twice time Next and Click finish to close Wizard.
