Please follow all step by step to factory reset of iPad and iPhone:
Download iTunes from official sites for your Laptop, Computer and MAC. Click here
Step 1. Connect your iPhone and iPad with your Laptop/computer via apple data cable
Step 2. Press and Hold Power Button for 2 sec and than Press and Hold Home Button along with Power Button for 10 sec.
Step 3. See screen of ipad and iPhone like picture which means iPhone and iPad has been connected with your laptop, Mac and Computer.
Step 4. Go to iTunes window will pop-up message click on Cancel > Click on Restore > Click on Restore and Update > Click on Next > Click on Agree > Now you will that your latest software of iPhone and iPad has been downloading.
Step 5. After completing downloaded do same process to connect your iPhone and iPad with your Laptop/computer via apple data cable.
Press and Hold Power Button for 2 sec and than Press and Hold Home Button along with Power Button for 10 sec.
Step 6. On iTunes a pop-up will be open on screen > the Clcik on Restore > Click on Restore and update
Step 7. You will see on the Top of iTunes that download software is being Extracting
Note: iPhone will be restart two times 1st is for erasing the data and restore the data.
