How to Remove Adobe CC License Agreement Popup
In this article we will see that how to remove adobe cc license agreement pop. The Adobe Software License Agreement (SLA or EULA) reappears after you click Accept when launching a Creative Cloud product.
When we try to launch Photoshop from the Adobe Creative Cloud apps menu we get a popup that says "validating software license" that spins for about 20 seconds then disappears, only to reappear shortly after and repeat, and repeat, and repeat. Photoshop never launches.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Both Photoshop alone, and uninstalled and reinstalled in combination with Creative Cloud.
License is valid. When we sign in to adobe.com with email address it offers to "download" Photoshop, and not "download trial".
Resolution:-
You have to delete below these folders location:-
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD,
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\caps,
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud,
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLstore,
In Windows
To resolve the error in Windows 10, perform all steps below.
1. Set folder and search options.
Open a File Explorer window.
Click the View tab, and then select Hidden items.
2. Set permissions.
Perform this procedure two times, once each for the Adobe PCD and the SLStore folders.
SLStore :-
ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
Adobe PCD:-
Windows 32 bit: Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\
Windows 64 bit: Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ Adobe PCD\
In File Explorer,
right-click the Adobe PCD or the SLStore folder, and choose Properties.
Click the Security tab, and then click Edit to set permissions:
Adobe PCD
Administrators: Full control
SLStore
Administrators: Full control
System: Full control
Users: Read and Special permissions
Set permissions
Click OK to close the Permissions dialog box.
Click Advanced in the Properties dialog box.
Select Replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permission entries from this object. Click OK, and then click Yes.

Click OK to close the SLStore or Adobe PCD Properties dialog box.
